摘要：杯状细胞类癌是一种双栖肿瘤，根据肿瘤分级不同，其生物学行为可表现为惰性至高度侵袭性不等。目前，这一肿瘤的分级取决于在杯状细胞类癌背景下的腺癌类型，这也是该肿瘤与其他胃肠道腺癌的不同之处。由于杯状细胞肿瘤主要为黏液分泌细胞形成的肿瘤，因此我们建议将它们归类为杯状细胞腺癌，其分级可参照结直肠腺癌分级方案。我们通过评估呈管状或簇状生长的肿瘤比例对大宗杯状细胞腺癌病例进行分级。组织学分级与总生存时间有关而与分期无关，其中低级别、中级别和高级别杯状细胞腺癌的生存时间中位数分别为204个月、86个月和29个月。肿瘤分期也与总生存时间有关。我们按照此前提出的分级方案对这组肿瘤进行了分级，结果表明这些方案也有效，可区分出预后不同的患者。
